I started talking to Nathan about selling my house more than a year ago. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I had to withdraw my interest then. Nathan understood my situation and did not put any pressure on me at all. I came back to Nathan about four months ago when I was ready to put my house on the market. Nathan developed a marketing plan and explained the process in a professional and considered manner to me. He also gave me tips on how to prepare my house for house inspection, open house, etc. Through out the whole period, Nathan was there to advise and guide me. Selling my house must be one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, especially when I’m doing it alone. And Nathan was there to hold my hands every step of the way. He provided me useful feedback from interested parties who came to the open house, at the same time, he also provided me useful insights into the current market sentiments and trends. Throughout the whole period, Nathan showed me patience, perseverance, understanding, compassion and discretion, all amazing qualities for such a young man.
