Good experience
Raphael helped us (buy and) sell our house. He is professional, listens to sellers needs and works hard around the clock to achieve a good outcome. Some areas of improvement are: Negotiation skills, attention to detail and responsiveness (after the sale) Overall, the level of service was satisfactory but, as a general rule of thumb, I would recommend sellers to utilise Agent Ratings in their area ( (e.g. https://www.realestate.com.au/find-agent/coburg-vic-3058) before committing to an agent.

An amazing experience from start to finish
An amazing experience from start to finish. Raphael and the team at Ray White in Coburg made the sale of our house easy and painless. He was very honest from the beginning of the journey and helped us set realistic expectations given the unpredictability of the market. He kept us updated after each open inspection and followed up with nearly 100 groups that came through our property over the auction campaign. On auction day we were able to achieve a result that exceeded our expectations. A massive thank you to Raphael and the team for an enjoyable experience.
