Great person to work with
Raphael was a fantastic person to work with he made me feel at ease all the way through the selling process, he knows his job inside out, he kept me informed all the time with constant updates and explained in detail things i wasnt sure of or didnt understand. He worked very hard to achieve a great outcome I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the housing market

Made selling easy for us
Having been in the house for 45 years, this was a very stressful time for us, and the first time we had sold a house. Raphael and his team made it easy for us, particularly at a time when interest rates were rising and the market depressed. In the end all was good and a satisfactory result was obtained.

Above and beyond
Raphael recently sold our house in Fawkner for us and the experience was exceptional. Not only did he manage to get us more than we expected but he did it without us ever officially launching on the market! We couldn't recommend him more highly, he is professional and knowledgable of the local market, well connected and very easy to work with. He never made us feel like our wishes didn't matter and he didn't pressure us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. He maintained regular communication, consulting us throughout the entire process and offering advice rather than instructions. Raphael is absolutely a top shelf agent!

The best agent in the region
