An amazing experience from start to finish
An amazing experience from start to finish. Raphael and the team at Ray White in Coburg made the sale of our house easy and painless. He was very honest from the beginning of the journey and helped us set realistic expectations given the unpredictability of the market. He kept us updated after each open inspection and followed up with nearly 100 groups that came through our property over the auction campaign. On auction day we were able to achieve a result that exceeded our expectations. A massive thank you to Raphael and the team for an enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again in the future!

Under difficult circumstances a great result was achieved.
Raphael hit the ground running to sell our property. It was a very difficult property to sell as there wasn't much going for it, but Raphael focused on the positives and found a suite of potential buyers to get us the result we were expecting (and a little bit more), in a market that had softened substantially with the raising interest rates. Well done Raphael!

Best agent in the north!
Raph is the most personable, pragmatic and hard-working agent. He gave us clear advice about how to present our property for marketing and opens, for which we received great feedback from potential buyers. Raph always kept us up to date after inspections and questions from buyers, and was always available to us when we wanted to talk anything through or discuss the approach to the sale of our property. We are also aware of buyers having a wonderful experience dealing with him from the other side. Raph and his team are super friendly and energetic, had consistent communication and we couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Very professional
My Wife and I decided to make a sea change and leave the hustle and bustle of Melbourne behind. Having experienced the professionalisim of Raphael and his team made us look nowhere else. From the get go, there was constant communication no matter what time. Raphael made sure we sold before the auction. We did, considering all the interest rate hikes, we still got it for a good price.
