Excellent communication & Honest advice.
Great to deal with, Honest and timely advise was given by him and we responded to it ASAP, to work together to sell the house as best we could. We also liked the data that was kept in relation to all the people who viewed the house and what they thought, it helped us improve any faults with the property to greatly increase our chance of sale. Resulting in a good sale.

Good experience
Raphael helped us (buy and) sell our house. He is professional, listens to sellers needs and works hard around the clock to achieve a good outcome. Some areas of improvement are: Negotiation skills, attention to detail and responsiveness (after the sale) Overall, the level of service was satisfactory but, as a general rule of thumb, I would recommend sellers to utilise Agent Ratings in their area ( (e.g. https://www.realestate.com.au/find-agent/coburg-vic-3058) before committing to an agent.
