Raphael did a fantastic job selling our property, achieving a great result despite the current tough market conditions. His communication throughout the entire campaign was first class and we always knew where we stood. He delivered on his promises on auction day, negotiating a selling price we were happy to accept. I can't recommend him highly enough. Many thanks again Raphael.

Our family home of 60 years could not have been in better hands than Raphael Calik-Houston, Hamza and his team of Ray White Reality Coburg. From the very 1st time we met with Raphael we had full confidence in his ability to sell our home. He and Hamza’s knowledge of our area was evident, as was their professional advice, honesty and communications which never wained throughout the selling campaign. Raphael was always available to talk to if there were any queries we needed to discuss and we were able to resolve any concerns we had in a timely manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Raphael and his team to anyone selling or buying property in the area:

We were selling under time pressure in a market that was slipping away for most sellers in our area. Raphael worked relentlessly to help us achieve the sale within a reasonable timeframe. They were open about the fast-changing market situation and kept us up to date on a daily basis. This gave us confidence that we would find the right buyer. The team acted on our feed ack promptly and made adjustments to the sale plan accordingly.

A Great shoutout about the brilliant work done by Raphael Houston and the team at Ray White Coburg in the selling of our property in Fawkner. Raphael and the team kept us well-informed all through the selling process. The successful sale was made during a difficult time due to rising interest rates and a cool market. He pushed to get the best price for us. We appreciate the work done by Raphael and the team in facilitating this smooth sale process.

Having been in the house for 45 years, this was a very stressful time for us, and the first time we had sold a house. Raphael and his team made it easy for us, particularly at a time when interest rates were rising and the market depressed. In the end all was good and a satisfactory result was obtained.

Raphael recently sold our house in Fawkner for us and the experience was exceptional. Not only did he manage to get us more than we expected but he did it without us ever officially launching on the market! We couldn't recommend him more highly, he is professional and knowledgable of the local market, well connected and very easy to work with. He never made us feel like our wishes didn't matter and he didn't pressure us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. He maintained regular communication, consulting us throughout the entire process and offering advice rather than instructions. Raphael is absolutely a top shelf agent!
