With ever-changing lockdown restrictions, and in the middle of Winter, Raphael and his team were able to attract prospective buyers and flexibly adjust from a planned auction to an Express of Interest process, and achieved a great price for our property. Great team, very professional!

Raphael presented all of my options for the sale of my apartment in a clear and professional manner and worked with me to proceed in the way I felt most comfortable with. I never felt like I was out of the loop as he kept me up to date after open homes and of all the follow ups he made with the interested parties. I would recommend Raphael to handle the sale of your property.

Raphael was totally professional. We are older people who have never sold a property before and he was so respectful, courteous and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He responded to every query we had with such patience. His knowledge of the market was remarkable. Being older, we were naturally nervous and especially with Covid lock downs those concerns heightened, but he kept, confidently assuring us that our property would sell and we would be happy. Well, he was exactly right, we were delighted with the result, thanks to Raphael's hard work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a hard working diligent agent
