Both my mum and myself found him to be very helpful and considerate when it came to open house. He was very conscious of danger to my 85 year old mother with coronavirus. Always had sanitizer gloves and made sure buyers were sanitizing. Always informed us of anything unusual happening such as building inspections. Constantly staying in touch with us regarding all matters relating to the property.

Selling a property during the height of the COVID-19 times was a significant challenge for everyone; but, in spite of all that it threw up, Raphael rose to the occasion where his communication and efforts were beyond reproach. Although the final price sold was disappointing, this was a reflection of the rapidly changing market conditions which was out of everyone's control, and was quite unprecedented. I am so excited about making the deal in this volatile period. Raphael is simply fantastic! He made it happen and made the whole process so smooth. He was reliable and punctual for all appointments. He always responded enquiries promptly with detailed and organized replies. He was so helpful on coordinating the private inspections, both for me and my building inspector (under COVID-19 lockdown), with the vendor and the tenants. He provided all documents he could gather to enable me to make well informed decisions. When it came to offer and contract, he passed information back and forth quickly and negotiated effectively with both sides. Everyone feels happy about the result. On top of the above, he helped me maintain a good relationship with the tenants and made them happy to stay despite of being annoyed by the open homes during the pandemic.
