Raphael & Moe both did an absolutely fantastic job. Achieved the sale in record time, just on a week from signing up and within the price range we wanted. Even helped us sell the furniture. Always kept us up to date with what was going on and advise us along the way. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Raph kept an eye on the market for what we were looking for (even if that property wasn’t listed with RW). Glad when we eventually bought it was one of his!

Raphael provided excellent advice and assistance during our successful property sale shortly after Melbourne's 2020 lockdown ended. He sold our house during a challenging time but performed professionally and kept us updated daily of progress. He wasn't shy of telling us both good and bad feedback. I wish Raphael all the best in his real estate career.

Raphael helped us with his knoweldge on the area, facilitated our building inspectors and bank, and worked with the vendor to finalise the purchase for us.

Raphael showed experience and maturity that belied his age when selling our house. It was a tricky time considering inspections were banned due to COVID when we first listed our house, but Raphael showed emotional maturity and tact when dealing with buyers. We are very happy with the final result 😀

We met with Nazi and Raphael to appraise our property just before covid peaked so we’re quite scared about coming into the market. Instantly felt like we were in great hands as they listened to our needs and provided a strategy that suited what we were after We had already bought another property so we had to sell and they guided us through the process, kept us updated every single day , and sold the property during lockdown well above our price expectations. Thank you to the ‘dynamic ‘duo ! A great experience and we can happily move onto the next stage of our lives.

Raphael assisted with our auction campaign and was great with providing feedback. He was always available , day and night and I don’t think we ever heard his voicemail once. I would gladly recommend him to anyone thinking about selling in Coburg.
