His responses proved to be genuine from the start to the end of the process, and nothing like other unreliable agents that we had met in Coburg and Preston area! We had the best experience dealing with Raphael, he managed to attract around 70 inspections throughout the campaign! He was updating us on regular basis by phone calls, messages, emails and most importantly detailed reports of all the offers! Raphael and the team also managed to bring the auction 1 day earlier as a quick response to the covid-19 lockdowns announcements on 12 of Feb, although it was an extremely short notice, Raphael successfully contacted all interested buyers and successfully led to an amazing busy auction, leaving us and the idding winner with a smile on our face. I can't recommend Raphael enough, and will deal with him again to sell my second property

Was a good agent, was helpful and professional, however, charged higher than the market price for the house.
