Application process smooth as silk. They gave us 24 hours to pay bond and rent (thousands of dollars), which we paid straight away. They met us at the house to give us the keys which was a nice touch, but the move-in condition report wasn't available until that evening for some reason? By which time we had already had all our furniture delivered so it was hard to double check their stated condition report once house was full of furniture. I would have expected it to have been available before we walked in the doors, so we could have walked through while the house was still empty and disputed lots of things. Now that we have been here for a few weeks, we still don't have access to our solar system which they promised we would, we also haven't had a working oven at all (which I believe is an URGENT repair, but they aren't giving it any urgency whatsoever), we have problems with the aircon and there's damaged light switches which we're uncomfortable using lest we get a shock from them... All in all, their "after-sales-service" is absolutely abysmal and we would never use them again, either as tenants or as the managing agents for our own rental properties
