Sophie was in charge of finding a suitable tenant for our property. We have worked with Sophie previously. We have found her to be clear and concise and was able to advise us re the tenant. Clearly, she has a great grasp of the market and is able to provide feedback. Messages by email and phone were at appropriate times and we were able to respond immediately. I have found both Sophie and Theresa very professional and it has been a pleasure dealing with them.

Brianna Tuckey and Theresa Morunga recently helped us lease our property in Burnside Heights. Even though they operate from the other side of the town however as they manage a few other properties for us in the eastern suburb they were very accommodating and helped us with the leasing process. They travelled to Burnside Heights for all open house inspections ~70km away from their office location, Both of them are very professional and transparent in their dealing. I trust them well and rely on their expertise while leasing the property. They are my trusted agents for managing rental properties.

I could not be happier with my property manager and all of the Ray White team. Re-leasing my property has been hassle free, as they have taken care of everything. Along the way they have kept me informed and up to date with all events and made sure to contact me in person only when absolutely necessary. Their professional and thorough service is brilliant. Could not recommend higher.

Jayden at ray white went above and beyond to help us secure a rental property after only having a 30 day settlement on our house I can not recommend Jayden and the rest of the team at ray white highly enough

Sophie Bridges explained the house condition and terms before hand, which was good to decide either we should inspect of house or not to waste the time.
