Sophie Bridges demonstrated great professionalism in handling my application for viewing by the landlord. She promptly answered any questions I asked before submitting my application and made sure I had filled in every part of the form. She did contact all the persons mentioned on the application form, as a professional requirement so as to give a fair and unbiased picture of myself as a prospective tenant. She promptly sent all documents needed prior to the commencement of tenancy documents too. She and Theresa Moruga made the whole experience a really pleasant one for me throughout the whole process Well done, indeed, ladies. Stacey/Sophie (sorry I forgot her name) was incredibly helpful when it came to us finding a new place to call home when we were running around to 12 different rental inspections in one day! She has very helpful and provided us with useful information; but also when she realized we were lost, she called to help us give directions. Brianna has also been a superstar in our application and so patient with our reference checks. Her correspondence was clear and concise and I couldn't be any happier with her prompt assistance and notifications! Would recommend Ray White, especially these two in a heart beat!

Ray White was able to find new tenants reasonably fast and at a reasonable rent. However I wasn't charged the appropriate amount of leasing fees and had to follow that up. Overall Service was fast on securing new tenant, but I was not satisfied with the administration of leasing fees and the fact that they charged me twice for disbursement fees (2nd one to issue a refund on the mistake made).

Sophie at Ray White Cranbourne has been an absolute gem. She not only communicated promptly throughout the process of the inspection, to the signing of the lease, but she was also friendly and well mannered when answering any questions. It took a while from beginning to end due to the large number of applicants applying for the same property however she made sure to update and let us know how things where travelling along as we waited to hear back from the landlord. Lovely service.
