I spent over a month applying for houses with other agents due to needing to vacate my old rental as it was no longer considered habitable. I didn’t get any of them and no agent could tell me why. I was facing homelessness, not because I couldn’t afford a house but because I simply couldn’t find another one to live in. These agents are the only agents that I feel had compassion for my situation and actually fought for me to be able to leave that house. They told me I would hear back about my application within two days and I actually did. Other agents would say the same and I’d still be waiting 10 days later only to find out they haven’t actually sent the applications to the property owner yet. They actually respond to emails and the process from getting approved to submitting the lease agreement, payments was explained very well by the agents and an easy process. Thank you so much for getting me out of that house! I can sleep at night now and I’ve stopped having health issues from the mould! I appreciate it so much!
