The property manager has been excellent in looking after the property, passing on any requests for repairs, getting quotes for repairs, and following up with the progress of the jobs! The re-leasing manager has also done an excellent job recently in opening the property for inspections, collecting information on the tenants, screening the applications and finding the best tenants in the shortest time. Excellent work done by both! We are very happy!

I dealt with two agents from Ray White Cranbourne. The first one is Cassandra Reid, I am dealing with her for two years now, her work ethics and customer service are unbelievable. I personally cannot see any fault in her conduct, she is very helpful. The second person is Sophie Bridges, she was involved with finding a new tenant to my rental property. She has done magnificent work from the day she has taken the task and completed it within weeks. She has also demonstrated fantastic customer service skills.
