All staff is polite, efficient and customer friendly. Jessica Summergreene, our property manager in Cranbourne office is amazingly helpful, always following up with our enquires and happy to assist. Communication is on high level, whether its phone calls and regular emails. Lovely Mia Johnson was assisting us with advertising our house for renting, doing house inspections and follow up calls.
