The two agents who handled us, Jordan Parker and Ashley Mayor were absolutely wonderful. Very kind and helpful and truly displayed amazing client service which Ray White is known for. Not so much the Receptionist/Director of First Impressions, Abbey Cornthwaite who was very ebrupt, rude and not pleasant at all to myself and my wife whilst we came in to pay the rent and bond on seperate days. Our previous rental agent too mentioned that she was rude upon returning a reference call where Abbey had responded in an irritated manner. Definitely recommend wonderful agents like Jordan and Ashley but its a pity that the Cranbourne office's first impression is quite an unplesant experience at reception.
