My agent’s name is Jordan Parker. I have dealt with numerous agents from Barry Plant, Jason Realestate, YPA to the small unknown ones. This was my second time dealing with Ray White. I have dealt before with their sells team. Based on the service I got from Ms Parker, I would say never to use Ray White. Ms Parker’s incompetence knows no bounds. She is impossible to get a hold of, uncommunicative, blunt to the point of rudeness and just simply put, unprofessional. I understand and appreciate straightforwardness and to the point communication, but Ms Parker is just rude. Stay away if you are a tenant and even a landlord, as Ms Parker’s attitude would have you some very upset renters. Hope this helps

We are extremely impressed with Chloe's professionalism and "can do" attitude. Chloe definitely saved us. She was our shining light in very gloomy and highly stressful situation. Nothing was to much trouble, she went above and beyond, continuously provided us with exemplary customer service and regular communication. Chloe most certainly deserves the acknowledgement and high praise of this review. We have hardly had to deal with the agency as of yet but they have already been so accommodating and professional since being with them! We have had a lot of trouble with our previous, less well known, agencies being that they were not very helpful.
