The Team at Ray White Cranbourne has done a great job to lease my property over the previous few weeks. Once the property was committed to RW Cranbourne the process was simple and easy. Mia organised the initial inspection, determined the market value, organised photos and advertising. - work in this space - exceptional. Ildi responsible, first and foremost, to secure a trustworthy and reliable Tenant. The timing in this space was excellent, communication clear and precise with a result meeting market expectations - work in this space exceptional. Tarryn is the Rental Agent who will be responsible to manage, work with the Tenant and ensure a good relationship between Owner, Occupier and Manager. Tarryn is directly looking after several properties and again exceptional in this space. I am lucky to engae with such a good team.

I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Ray White in general and Ildiko Orsos, the leasing consultant, in particular. She was very attentive to our requirements and found us a tenant as per our preference. She is very professional in that she is very quick to respond both via email and phone. She has a calm personality and is very soft spoken, putting her customers at ease. I highly recommend her services.

I was welcomed to every house I inspected, the agents were knowledgeable and gave me important information on the property. They conveyed my interests and strengths to the owners which resulted in finding my rental house. From communication to paperwork, overall a great service.

Although it took a little longer than expected to secure a tenant - they were holding inspections twice a week and showing potential tenants through. The communication was excellent - cannot fault.
