Sophie has been an absolute pleasure to deal with as a new tenant. Her approachable demeanor and genuine interest in fostering relationships with clients truly set her apart in the realm of property management. I cannot fault Sophie’s remarkable ability to connect with clients on a personal level, which is often a rare quality in this industry. After our very first telephone conversation, it felt as though I had known Sophie for years, such was the ease and comfort of our dialogue. As a new tenant navigating the often complex landscape of rental agreements and property expectations, my experience with Sophie has been nothing short of exceptional. Her prompt responses and willingness to address any concerns have made the transition into my new home seamless. This level of attentiveness and care is something I greatly appreciate, especially during what can be a stressful period. Given the positive interactions I have had with Sophie thus far, I would be highly recommending her to anyone in need of a property manager. Her ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor is commendable. Sophie’s expertise and dedication ensure that clients feel valued and understood, which is crucial in creating a positive rental experience. In summary, my review of Sophie as a property manager is overwhelmingly positive. She exemplifies the qualities one would hope to find in someone handling property management, making her an excellent choice for both new and seasoned tenants alike. If you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond to cater to your needs, Sophie is undoubtedly the person to reach out to.

After our rental was auctioned off,me and my family had to search for another house. We booked an inspection in the same suburb and went with hopes of getting it.Sophie Bridges was on time, was professional and answered any questions we had. We handed in 5 applications for the house on a Thursday. Sophie did reach out for a few minor things needed to rectify, then we got a call Monday that our application was successful. We are grateful to the team, that it relieved our stress from searching and getting the house we wanted. No complaints.

In the two weeks I searched for a property.. Ildi was my real estate agent at most of the properties. She was calm, friendly and approachable. She knew I was looking for a house and helped me. I am very grateful for crossing paths with Ildi. I wish her all the best and know she is a great asset to her team and company. Best regards, Zoph Tauetau

We were really impressed with Kevin Cabezaz and Sophie Bridges who were really great! Kevin walked us through what Ray White offers and we were very impressed with his professionalism and clear communication.
