Ray white team has managed our rental property for couple years professionally, and tenanat had been happy with their service specially the account manager Tamanna Dougal during their tenancy. The chnage over of tenent and reletting has some hicupps as Tamanna left and their were couple of property managers changed in short period. His holistic approach to meeting the needs, wants & requirements of both landlord and tenant is exceptional and a true rarity in the industry. As a tenant, we have been to many an inspection and none other has come close to Suri's care for both landlord, property and potential tenants, He is attentive to inspectors details and showcases the rental properties with detail. If I were a landlord I would not trust anyone else with my home! As a tenant, Suri would be my first contact! Fortunately/unfortunately as we have been matched with a beautiful home & landlord, we will not be requiring his services for many years to come!
