Mario is an excellent agent. Ray White managed my property when it was an investment and Mario had impressed me with his great customer service, so when it came time to sell it was an easy decision. He helped facilitate an early exit of my tenant in a way that was very advantageous to me, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and helped me navigate the process, and as I was interstate he completely handled all aspects of the tenant move out and sale, and got a great result! There were a few covid curve-balls which he handled with ease, and always came to me with a solution. I know he got the best possible result, and am so glad I trusted him and Jessica with the sale of my property.
