The best thing about Archie, he will tell you the price he can get and work towards that price, he doesn't sign you up - and then 'gradually erode' that price by working 'on' YOU. I was actually originally signed up to another agency who when I expected what I had been originally been told, dropped the price by 500k and when I insisted I still wanted the higher price told me he would only open by appointment and not do biweekly open houses. I did not sell with this agent, instead I asked my accountant of 28 years who he recommends. He recommended Archie - best move I ever made signing up with him. Archie is 'true blue', well liked in the industry, respected by the conveyancers and lawyers alike, and got me a whopping 270k (yes you are reading that right!!!) more than I had been told by that 'other' guy.
