I’ve known Gus as a close friend for over 12 years and seen his passion, knowledge, commitment and hustle for clients to get best result. Given this it was always a no brainer for my wife and I to use Gus as our agent as someone we trust closely as a friend as well as a professional with our largest asset. We had been discussing the timing of selling our property for over 3 years from the birth of our first child to then a year ago the birth of our daughter and strategy (including timing) we should take as we transition to something which ticks more boxes for aspiring property requirements.
