Once we had decided to sell our investment property, Ash was the only person we knew we wanted to use. His market knowledge is second to none and he and his team maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the whole campaign. He kept us in touch with buyer feedback and activity and he made us feel really comfortable about selling via auction and the different strategies/situations that may occur come Auction day. With the house being tenanted, Ash and his team handled communication with the tenant which ensured they were comfortable with the process and kept the property looking immaculate throughout the campaign. Hopefully we don't have to sell another house in the near future but if we did... we wouldn't use anyone else!

Roughly 2.5 years ago we discussed the option of selling our property with George Devic (Ray White Frankston). The market was soft at the time. Consequently we chose to wait. During this period George would regularly touch base and inform us of where the market was at. This was invaluable as it allowed us to choose the right time to sell and capitalize on the best possible sales result (which was about 8% above current market). Our property, whilst being above average, was unfortunately located in a less than desirable location. George and the RW marketing team presented our property in the best possible light. (Very smart, cost effective marketing!) We were only on the market for 3 weeks. We ended up with two identical offers in the end. This provided a dilemma as both parties were adamant they would not increase their offers. George diligently worked with us and the other two parties achieving a higher offer. (I take my hat off to George - we gave him an impossible goal to achieve which he did, plus more.) We cannot thank George and his team enough. Very appreciative clients, Gavin & Alison. P.S. We cannot conclude this review without acknowledging Lily from the rental team. Lily managed our property for a number of years and did a superb job. If not for her efforts we may have considered other agents for the sale. The combination of Lily's efforts and George’s persistence (brilliant teamwork guys!) really paid off. Cheers Gavin
