Roughly 2.5 years ago we discussed the option of selling our property with George Devic (Ray White Frankston). The market was soft at the time. Consequently we chose to wait. During this period George would regularly touch base and inform us of where the market was at. This was invaluable as it allowed us to choose the right time to sell and capitalize on the best possible sales result (which was about 8% above current market). Our property, whilst being above average, was unfortunately located in a less than desirable location. George and the RW marketing team presented our property in the best possible light. (Very smart, cost effective marketing!) We were only on the market for 3 weeks. We ended up with two identical offers in the end. This provided a dilemma as both parties were adamant they would not increase their offers. George diligently worked with us and the other two parties achieving a higher offer. (I take my hat off to George - we gave him an impossible goal to achieve which he did, plus more.) We cannot thank George and his team enough. Very appreciative clients, Gavin & Alison. P.S. We cannot conclude this review without acknowledging Lily from the rental team. Lily managed our property for a number of years and did a superb job.
