Very pleased with Ash's knowledge of the Frankston South area, his ability to provide clear explanations, his accessibility and his provision of regular updates. The sale outcome was a very pleasing result. We feel that Ash perhaps tended to under-play the sale price expectations, but in our view this is more preferable than indicating an unrealistically high price expectation, with a much greater chance of being disappointed.
