Very pleased with Ash's knowledge of the Frankston South area, his ability to provide clear explanations, his accessibility and his provision of regular updates. Ash was a pleasure to deal with throughout our whole campaign. He kept in contact with us constantly, provided us feedback from potential buyers, and was always available if we had questions. He was positive in his outlook and I trusted that he would do the right thing by us. He has an easy going nature and a great sense of humour and made the process of selling our house easy! Ash was great with the sale of our property. Even after the property got passed in at Auction he still worked as hard as he did before the auction to secure the sale. Most agents would take the foot off the accelerator but Ash and the team kept going to get the price we were happy with. The only thing would be to set the right expectations on price at the beginning.
