Ashley and team - great experience for both buying and selling
It's not every day you find a real estate agent that is reliable, straight forward and friendly. We met Ashley when we bought through his agency, he really helped us find the right property and saw the sale through so that we always felt we could speak to him about any issues that arose along the way. Because of the way he managed our purchase we asked Ashley to sell our house later on. All through the sale he was reliable, knowledgeable and worked hard to get the price we expected. His lovely partner Bec works with him, the whole agency is family orientated and they understand building long term relationships with clients based on trust. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or to sell.

Professional, knowledgeable and communicative
Ash was very professional from beginning to end. He communicated with us constantly throughout the whole process. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the market and the sales process. He put us at ease that we were in safe hands. I thoroughly enjoyed selling my house, the auction day was exciting and we had a great result. I would highly recommend Ash and his team and would definitely use them again in the future.

Ashley Weston - I would use him to sell every house if i could!
We recently sold an investment property, which was managed through Ray White Frankston. I naturally looked to use the same agent for selling the house, although certainly wasn't going to be tied to them if a better choice was available. Don't put emotions first! Ashley is hard to beat. Actually, no one else has come close! He is driven with passion and energy. He has great knowledge in the region and a solid education of real estate. He keeps you informed and wants you to explore for the best for you. I highly recommend him for selling your property. Go and see him and others in action for yourself. Look at the market stats on line. We are looking for new property in another area of Melbourne most Saturdays. Unfortunately almost every agent we come across is not up to the level of Ashley that we are now expecting. Good luck in your buying / selling. N Watson

A team player, who will work WITH you to sell your home.
Having attempted to sell 6months ago with no luck, George was like a breath of fresh air! He listened to my concerns about attempting to sell again so soon and and allayed my fears. He was attentive throughout the entire process and kept me informed with weekly updates and feedback. There were no "stories". He was upfront & honest as he brought potential new homebuyers through my home. I was "under contract" in about 6weeks and tickled pink!! I'd recommend George Devic in a heartbeat.
