Lovely lady who is very easy to work with when selling your home.

A good agent well informed of the area.
I have recently bought and sold a property through Michael and found him to be very pleasant to deal with, he was always on time, kept in touch during the sale period. There were some issues with settlement of the first house, nothing to do with Michael but, he did everything he could to assist with a smooth settlement.

Best Agent ever.
Michael is not your everyday Real Estate agent and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Michael is far from your run of the mill agent, dealing with Michael is like communicating with a friend. The whole ordeal of selling houses from start to finish has been an extremely smooth process. Michael is honest and realistic, communicating every step of the way. Michael had my bests interests at heart and tried 200% for the result I had hoped for. I highly recommend Michael to sell your property and would not think twice in using him again.

We can recommend Michael to anyone requiring a stress free sale. Although we were overseas at the time, and it was not a hugely expensive property, Michael treated the sale as any other and went out of his way to contact us and completed the sale in our absence. Very efficient.
