Fantastic agent

Very Happy
I chose Sara because I felt she had alot of experience in the Green Point (2251) market. She gave me an accurate price expectation at the start, I didn't feel she under quoted me at all. The process was made very simple by her, she took good ownership of the whole sale, kept it progressing well and did her best. We achieved the price I had in mind and the same price that the property was professionally valued at too and beat it by 0.8%. I do not feel the market was as hot as before but she still did great. I feel like my sale was quite a simple one for her so she didnt really have her full skill set put to the test :) but she still did great and i'd happily recommend her.

Exceeded expectations
We felt Sara went above and beyond in the sale of our first house which made the whole process so easy for us. She guided us through step by step and was readily available for our calls and even dealt with our solicitor when we got caught up with work, to ensure the sale went smoothly. In the end she got us a sale price well above what we had hoped and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
