Ferry knew all of the properties in the surrounding areas (including intimate details about strata etc) and has a very realistic view of property values. Great communication, very prompt and replies to emails and texts at all times of the day. Clearly a very hard worker, very dedicated. Exceeded our expectations as he was the agent for the seller but was very kind and understanding to us as well. Would work with Ferry again given the chance, definitely.

We met Theo at the open home of another house and after discussing with him the exhaustion of real estate searching and specifically explaining what we were after, he proceeded to not just listen to us but to specifically identify a property that was perfectly suited to us. When my wife and I finally made it to the apartment unit, Theo was already on his way out. He was kind enough to let us in and showed us the property. In less than 5 minutes, he explained all the key features of the property to us in a friendly way without any hard-selling/pushing.
