I found Ferry by searching kingsford selling history. He sold the three bed room apartment at a record high in Kingsford. Me and my wife wanted him to also sell our property at a good price. During COVID-19 period, the housing market is very quiet and investors are not willing to offer high price. So the strategy Ferry gave to us is to sell the property to owner-occupied buyers.
