I found Ferry by searching kingsford selling history. He sold the three bed room apartment at a record high in Kingsford. Me and my wife wanted him to also sell our property at a good price. During COVID-19 period, the housing market is very quiet and investors are not willing to offer high price. So the strategy Ferry gave to us is to sell the property to owner-occupied buyers. After 4 weeks inspection, Ferry had a very progressive negotiation with one of the buyer and got the bust price. I think Theo can effortlessly switch his marketing strategy depends on the maket situation and cutstomer's need. My apartment was sold during the pandamic and needed a lot more market buyers attention and I think Theo was excellent on dealing that situation and always give me the most honest advise, at the same time still give me the flexbility to decide on any options with a wide vision on the market. Excellent weekly inspection report as well. 6 stars recommended!

We have just had Theo sell 2 properties for us - the 1st being super quick and easy with a sensational result although this property was a great deal more difficult for numerous reasons. We were let down by buyers finance a couple of times and I was particularly grateful Theo kept on the case until we ultimately sold the property which by the way was a 1 bedroom Unit that had a great deal of other very local competition of 1 bedroom Units Thankfully Theo just kept his enthusiasm and kept myself informed through the entire process in what is now an extremely difficult market. Would not hesitate at all to recommend Theo to you if looking to sell as he has done a fabulous job on both the Unit and the House Great work and thank you Theo........

We actually missed out on a property we got emotionally got attached to. Absolute pure fluke I found Theo and then so glad I did. When I interviewed a few Agents to gain an idea of the local people/agents, it was the greatest no-brainer to utilize Theo's knowledge and skills. Truly happy with all elements from start to eventual sale. The most amazing feat is we were able to have the property sold within 2 weeks - Theo is also selling a 2nd property for us that went on market same day and this will be sold just over 2 weeks.
