I think Theo can effortlessly switch his marketing strategy depends on the maket situation and cutstomer's need. We have just had Theo sell 2 properties for us - the 1st being super quick and easy with a sensational result although this property was a great deal more difficult for numerous reasons. We were let down by buyers finance a couple of times and I was particularly grateful Theo kept on the case until we ultimately sold the property which by the way was a 1 bedroom Unit that had a great deal of other very local competition of 1 bedroom Units Thankfully Theo just kept his enthusiasm and kept myself informed through the entire process in what is now an extremely difficult market.
