Theo just sold the above property for me. Theo is the ultimate real estate agent; a born salesman who knows his target market to the max. I have seen Theo marketing other properties; he knows his clients uncertainties and is able to reassure them so that they know that if Theo can't sell it it can't be sold. He could literally sell sand to the Arabs and snow to the Eskimos. If there was a picture dictionary, under the word 'salesman' would be Theo's image. Theo can sell anything, it's just that he slotted into real estate. His manner is reassuring, warm and confidence inspiring, and, once the property is in his hands, he doesn't stop until it's done and, although he is selling other properties, each client feels he is working to the exclusion of others.
