Absolute pure fluke I found Theo and then so glad I did. When I interviewed a few Agents to gain an idea of the local people/agents, it was the greatest no-brainer to utilize Theo's knowledge and skills. Truly happy with all elements from start to eventual sale. The most amazing feat is we were able to have the property sold within 2 weeks - Theo is also selling a 2nd property for us that went on market same day and this will be sold just over 2 weeks. Now that's a result that is no fluke........... His hard work rewarded us in spades in if ever I could recommend a person in this field, Theo is your guy. Truly happy with all elements

Ferry was approachable, professional and highly responsive. We trusted his strategy and ended up achieving a higher than expected selling price. Highly recommend Ferry as your selling agent.

Theo is a very nice agent. he found me the place i was looking for me. Very respectful of the covid-19 situation by using mask and keeping distance. He gave me few good ides of how to renovate the place.

Theo assisted us with the sale of our apartment in Kensington. He streamlined the process for us which made doing business with him easy and efficient. His knowledge of the market and area was impressive, and he continued to share great advice along the journey. He was able to commit an interested buyer, and bring his offer up to a price that we were very happy with given the current market. I would highly recommend Theo to any one looking to sell their property.

Theo is clearly the guru in the area with great knowledge and contacts. He was responsive throughout and I always felt he was on my side rather than angling for a result.
