This has been a family home for the last 40+ years so naturally I was hesitant in engaging an agent to sell the property. We engaged Ferry to sell our property at the beginning of 2019. At the time, we had considered selling but were in no rush to put our property on the market. Ferry took the time to visit our apartment and gave us a realistic appraisal without forcing the issue. We told Ferry that the price range was a little below what we were looking for, but ultimately agreed with his judgement and chose to wait on the sidelines. Two other agents that I had contacted at that time tried to force the issue and ultimately we dispensed with them very quickly. Ferry kept in touch over the following months and in October this year communicated with us that if we were still interested in selling, that he could get us what we were looking for. Ferry designed a timeline for the sale, provided suggestions around staging, and interacted with our tenants in a manner that did not cause them to be put out. Ferry kept us in the loop at every stage of the process and provided excellent guidance with a number of important matters. He even drove to our house after-hours on Friday to complete the sale, knowing that it was difficult for me to travel at the time. We achieved a sale price above our expectations and would not hesitate to use Ferry again.
