I read somewhere from some real estate magazines that the fastest property disposal in NSW recently is about 4-6 weeks in average. But this guy Ferry seems to sell off many properties in the time span of 1-4 weeks in average! There is an old saying that says that: "Facts speak for themselves!" So my main complaint is good properties in his hands go off too fast! He sold properties off like my baker down the street selling his hot cakes!

I could not speak highly enough of Theo. Theo was very honest and like everyone in a service providing industry should do, however often don't, Theo puts the customer first and provides a totally professional service. Theo knew the market well and his advice was spot on. My parents live in the Flat that was sold so Theo had to deal with them directly and with them being from an older generation where respectfulness and manners seemed to have meant more than it does today they were both very impressed with Theo and the service he provided. As the review title says - highly recommended.
