Theo was very professional and kept me informed weekly regarding the interest in my property. He went above and beyond my expectations in assisting me in presenting my home in its best light.
Theo Felekos
I first met Theo after inheriting a run-down apartment. After interviewing a number of agents to handle the sale, Theo stood out as having the most comprehensive knowledge of the local area. I also liked his straight forward/not too pushy style. Theo put me in contract with trades people that could help me prepare the apartment for sale without overcapitalising and that I could trust from a distance. His strategy of leveraging disappointed under bidders at a recent sale of a similar apartment delivered a sales price well ahead of expectations. In contrast to others I have dealt with in the past, I found that Theo overdelivered at all stages of the process.

A friend recommended Theo to me and he recently sold my property in Botany. He made the whole process very simple and sold the property for a record price for my building. I was in contact with Theo constantly during the whole process and felt he was very professional. I cannot recommend Theo Felekos highly enough and will deal with him again in the future when buying or selling a property.

Apart from getting a price for our unit that far exceeded our expectations, we really liked how Ferry kept us informed all the way through. There was no need to chase him up for what was happening and the weekly written reports were unexpected and welcome.

I started to know Theo Felekos when I bought the Property about 12 months ago. I saw how diligent and stress free he made on the buying process that I knew that I was dealing with a professional. I contacted Theo again upon listing the property for sale, He had attracted a solid offer on a very early in the campaign and then after some more inspections managed to negotiate a sale price well above our expectations. Not only did he impress us with the excellent sale price but his knowhow, expertise, relaxed and organised nature made me comfortable with my decision. We will definitely referring him to friends and family without question. Rinda Lili & Edy S Suradja
