I first met Theo after inheriting a run-down apartment. After interviewing a number of agents to handle the sale, Theo stood out as having the most comprehensive knowledge of the local area. I also liked his straight forward/not too pushy style. Theo put me in contract with trades people that could help me prepare the apartment for sale without overcapitalising and that I could trust from a distance. His strategy of leveraging disappointed under bidders at a recent sale of a similar apartment delivered a sales price well ahead of expectations. In contrast to others I have dealt with in the past, I found that Theo overdelivered at all stages of the process.
