I first become involved with Karl during the purchase of a property in Kingsgrove. During the process he was professional and helpful. He answered our enquiries fully and promptly. The property was purchased with the intent of a knockdown and rebuild, therefore, repairs and improvements were not considered at that time. Unfortunately, I was called overseas for a for a couple of years and had to rent the property out.
