We have sold two family properties with Karl. Before that one property was tenanted through Karl. He gave just as much service and good- value- for- money for the unit we sold as he did the larger and higher priced house. He separates himself from other real estate agents in being genuinely caring of his clients, including elderly parents in our case. Karl presents well. Karl is totally professional- his regular emails to us after viewings kept us informed and excited. Lastly, he performs. Both sales achieved higher than expected sales, in the current markets. I only wish he could be involved in every real estate purchase and sale our family makes.
