It’s been two months since my husband and I moved into our new home in Glen Alpine. Having lived in Liverpool for more than 30 years, we’ve been extremely happy with our decision to move to Glen Alpine. Everyday is like we’re on vacation, where the relaxed atmosphere makes the suburb more like a holiday destination. The environment is beautiful, lots of fresh air and views overlooking so many trees. Everyone in the neighbourhood has also been very welcoming and it’s always nice to see people walking their dogs along the footpaths every afternoon. Looking for a new home had been a tiring and stressful experience until we met Gary from Ray White, Campbelltown. We were so lucky to have Gary as our agent. Gary has excellent in-depth knowledge about the area and was genuinely interested to help find a property that really suited us. He took time to understand what we were looking for and tirelessly followed up with suitable suggestions. We felt Gary looked after us and we could always trust his advice. Gary and his colleagues worked well together and I was often impressed with their team work. It was clear that they talked to each other and were always quick to respond to any questions. We could always count on them to get back to us when they said they would. There were never any issue too small for Gary or his team to follow up for us. We really appreciated the individual attention and knew we could always trust the information they gave us. If it wasn’t for Gary, I’m sure we’d still be looking for a new property. Despite the constant set backs in the sale of my property at Camden South in 2016 Brendan managed to sell the residence for a fair price and also get the wife and I into a new residence within a timely manner. Being heavily pregnant but needing more room, the decision to sell our home was not an easy one to make. My husband & I had been speaking to Brendan for a while and after we made the decision to sell, Brendan made us feel at ease and comfortable answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. The process from start to finish was easy and we were thrilled with the result which enabled us to afford our dream home! Brendan really worked hard for us, achieving a sale price over our asking price on the first open house and his team were so helpful and easy to deal with.
