Clancy was fantastic to deal with—very easygoing, responsive, and efficient throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated. However, we did encounter some confusion with the registration process. Receiving duplicate or even triplicate email notifications became a bit frustrating, and the process itself felt disjointed, requiring navigation through three separate portals. Streamlining this into a single, unified platform would significantly improve the user experience. Additionally, the "Move Me In" app could benefit from recommending one or two reliable service providers. Unfortunately, the provider we engaged let us down with poor time management, which added unnecessary stress to the move-in. That said, we’re very happy with our new home and look forward to being respectful, long-term tenants for the landlord.

Finally, an Agent who really cares about the property & treats it like it's their biggest investment
I have been very fortunate and of course worked very hard over many years to accrue 4 investment properties across both Brisbane & G/Coast. I've had multiple agents handle the Rental / Lease Arrangements on my investment properties over the last 15 odd years. Some very good and also some very ordinary Property Manages have handle my properties over the years. Unfortunately, you often don't find out until the muck hits the fan, or you need something looked into or sorted, before you realize how poorly your Property Manager has been administrating you hard earned investment. I can honestly say that the Service, Advise, Recommendations & Attention to Detail & Open Communication that the Property Manager at Ray White Real Estate at Mermaid Beach have provided me over the last 5 years is absolutely 2nd to none. Their easy to deal with & very prompt to respond whenever I have a question or I receive a quote to have work done on my property & it needs some clarification. I'd recommend them hands down!

Excellent customer service.
Right from the moment I applied to inspect the property until approval Ray White real estate Mermaid Waters and Sophia Dovey have been the most efficient and helpful real estate I have dealt with in my journey of renting properties. At the inspection Sophia was punctual friendly and helpful she allowed me the time to introduce myself and didn't make me feel rushed. Sophia has been patient in the process of me understanding rent pay for the first time I have dealt with it I am grateful for her help. I look forward to a good relationship with my real estate and realtor. My son and I are so excited to move into this lovely location and property and we are very appreciative of all the help we have received from Ray White Real Estate Mermaid Waters.
