The team have been proactive from day one having the unit professionally cleaned for the new tenants and then addressing any issues the saw necessary given their vast experience in the industry and not only looking after the owners' interests but also the tenants. I recently moved into a new property and found out after grabbing the keys that there was a missing connection port for the NBN. A simple email to Rebecca from Mermaid Waters was all it took to resolve the issue. She organised an electrician to come install the access port the next day (Origin Energy and the NBN quoted a minimum 5 week wait time for the same thing). I'm really impressed with the Ray White team as a whole and can recommend them to anyone in the area.

Love the place and the inspection was great, very friendly, however once we had been accepted it was very difficult to get an answer from anyone about electricity and other things and when we did get onto someone she was condescending and rude. Also my name is being consistently spelt wrong.
