As advertised and confirmed for viewing, we were told a unit number. Us and others arrived at a gated complex, with no instructions where to go or what to do. Turns out there are about 9 number of the one we were told. Which one is the available one?? We look and get the unit, however... cannot connect electricity, book removalists or re-direct mail, as again and again, we are told a number in a complex, of which there are 9 of??? Eventually I have to go to complex, wait at the gate and ask residents what my adress really is? I am also told the meter box is inside and the electrical company has to have access. This connection could be as early as 6am. My wife gets up at 5 and awaits the electrical provider, so he can gain access. We arrange somone to take our daughter to school, as I am working and to pick her up. The number I am given to talk to body corperate, to ensure all runs well is not a active number, I need this so I can ensure the connector can get in the gate. My wife stays in the empty unit for 9 hours, waiting. I call the company, who cant tell me anything. Finally talk to the provider, at 3.30pm, who tells mevthe power is on. Turns out the box is outside and my wife never had to be there. In short....You guys advertised, visited, did the inspection, would have been in contact with the owner, did up a lease, was asked how to express the adress, but at no stage did anything to know or share or find out the adress of the place your renting out. I had to do all the work, to find it out and the meter box was never inside? There was also lease issues, where we were told 2 adults have to apply, but only one got notice they were approved? Only one name appeared on a lease, you told us 2 had to sign and be on? So although one was approved and on the lease, it was not very comforting to know that my wife maybe couldn't live there too. Then we got the hurry up for information, we had already sent and nobody, knew where it was.
