What an excellent experience start to finish 5stars 10/10.
Heidi Andrews and the team at Ray White made my whole rental experience from start to finish an absolute stress free pleasure. compared to other agencies within the Goldcoast, Raywhite and is in their own league. Very professional and super responsive. No issues whatsoever. If you see a rental with Raywhite Mermaid waters, you are in very safe hands!

Jake has been great
Our agent Jake O'Neil has been great, there has been a few things that needed to be fixed and Jake had a trades person out within 24 hours. He has been easy to contact and always returned calls.

The last mount I have expenses for my investment property $2550 I think it is a big amount and as my investor property management company you have to think about it I am understanding it is not the best time in our life but I am not happy in this situation

Exceptional Service from Jake at Ray White
Jake was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process when leasing my property. He constantly kept me updated and well informed about the applicants.
