Tenants and property owners stay away from this company they are hopeless. I viewed a property to rent that was already vacant on a Tuesday, i hadn’t heard anything by Friday so I called. Yasmin the agent hadn’t even viewed my application and told me she would have a look and call me back. On Monday I called again and she still hadn’t passed the application to the owner. This poor owner has now had a vacant property for 1 week because the agent couldn’t be bothered to send them an application. If you send an email to them you can expect a response usually within about 4-5 days but don’t get excited yet, it will have a heap of wrong information. Then you will receive another email a few hours later saying they had made a mistake and that this time the info is correct in the new email, this occurs 9 out of 10 times. Yasmin didn’t turn up to the viewing of the property when That I went to rent so they sent someone else who knew nothing about it which was really helpful. The agent that came couldn’t (more like wouldn’t) let me see the underground car park that the unit had advertised as “1 secure car spot.” Once I turned up to move in I realized why I wasn’t allowed to see it as it was a car spot big enough for mini or motor bike so I had to terminate my lease the same day. I had paid 3 months up front thinking they are a trustworthy company and it wouldn’t be an issue. I was told initially that I wouldn’t get any of the $6000+ dollars I had paid back until they found a new tenant and this was coming from Danni the Principal of the agency ( yes I have emails from her stating this). So it’s now been almost 2 months since they found a new tenant and I am yet to still be fully reimbursed all of my money, they have been giving small amounts of it back when it “becomes available to them.” So in summary even if I was going to end up homeless I would prefer that then to ever have to deal with clueless 2 “agents” and I use that term loosely ever again.
