Steven was fully up-to-date with the area we were selling in and we found he kept us very informed on everything that happened with the sale. He is a very pleasant young man and goes out of his way to help the seller, but he also looks after the buyer as well we found. Recommend Steven to anyone who wants to sell or buy

As overseas vendors Steve kept us up to date constantly with viewing reports, including open homes, and his excellent knowledge of Mooloolaba sales as well as progress on the new Aria Development adjacent to our apartment. We never felt Steve lacked the enthusiasm to get our apartment sold for the best price and it was our choice to accept a lower offer than first expected as we wanted to buy a sailing catamaran.

My unit was sold within a week of being listed with two buyers putting in offers. The sale process went smoothly and Steve recommended an Australian lawyer for me as I live in nz .

Steve took care of selling our apartment in Mooloolaba as we live in NZ. The marketing and auction process went to plan and we sold on auction day. He acted in a professional manner, was trustworthy and had constant communication. I definitely would recommend Steve.

Brent has sold a quite a few of my properties now and always manages to sell the property in a very short time frame. Brent is a down to earth agent who says and calls it how it is. I have recommended Brent to many friends who have had the same results as I have. If your looking for an agent to use, I highly recomend Brent. B Kitzen Palmwoods
