Before our property was listed for sale Nicholas gave us expert advice on real estate matters relating to our property. His advice on decor improved the look of our unit. He had a positive, realistic outlook and was a stellar communicator. We received informative data reports, FaceTime calls from him and Luca regularly. Any questions we had and buyers had alike were answered.All estate documents were clearly explained and timely. During this highly stressful time we were living in Gippsland but there was no tyranny of distance with this highly professional team.We knew exactly who the clientele was interested in our property. Nick sent us reports and rang us to confirm any visits or queries from buyers , often Weekly openings were available and often a client was able to view outside the many times provided. We were well prepared with his team. They even posted unwanted furniture on Market Place for us .They kept our property neat and tidy.
