Rachel was great to deal with at the start of the buying process, especially with her transparency and communication for the purchaser offers. She vouched to the vendor to help me secure the property with specific settlement conditions. However after the contracts were signed the level of customer service/attention to detail dropped slightly, missing minor details like the dishwasher being removed before final inspection which caused some inconveniences. Overall decent experience.

No matter what happened, he always saw the positives whilst gently ensuring that we remained grounded in this highly emotive real estate setting. His advice was invaluable and he always went the extra mile - nothing was too much trouble, including some aspects that really weren’t part of the conventional brief for an agent. He kept all of us informed - not an easy task when there are multiple vendors. He did all he could to reduce the stress of selling a property and definitely earned his commission.
