I faced an issue near settlement time which required a potential extension. The agent called me and offered to help. However the reality was different, he just became unreachable after passing on information to the vendor. He knew very well that I was overseas at that time and it was difficult for me to seek help from other channels too. There was only 1 day for final inspection after I arrived from overseas but still one of the other agents from Ray White failed t reschedule final inspection time and told me that owner refused it. This is hard to believe given the owner had already vacated. Immediately after settlement one of the other Ray White agent lied to me and told me that office closes at 4:30. It is actually open till 5:30. They wanted me to pick up keys next day. When I still reached the office regardless they just gave the keys in 15 mins.
